Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your experience and your products! Please read our return and exchange policy carefully:

For Cosmetic Purchases

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all cosmetic sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened products. If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photo or receipt), and we’ll happily work to make it right by offering:

  • A replacement item (if in stock), or
  • A store credit/refund (at our discretion)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.

For Hair Services

If you’re not satisfied with a service you received, we ask that you let us know within 5 days of your appointment. We’ll offer a complimentary adjustment (where applicable) with the original stylist. Refunds for services are not provided, but your happiness is our priority.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
